BUSINESS DIRECTOR

At Monks I was responsible for the revenue generation and growth of a mixed client portfolio, including a multi-brand liquor portfolio.

 

I successfully grew the portfolio YoY in project revenue across Europe, devising advertising and culture strategies as well as leading a team that  delivered integrated work across web (DTC/eCommerce), email, social, experiential, influencer/maker, and brand + tactical marketing activity across primarily digital channels.

BUSINESS DIRECTOR

The Pharm (WPP)

At The Pharm, I led Boots’ loyalty & CRM scope, martech, customer value & baby propositions. My team delivered a mix of customer experience, CRM, influencer programme and fully integrated work. 

 

I was also a key driver of the transformation agenda for Boots - moving from brand-centric to customer-centric thinking by using a range of human-centered design thinking methods and tools to optimise the end to end customer journey. We applied agile working methodologies to implement initiatives quicker in order to optimise on the go, and to work in a more collaborative way.

BUSINESS DIRECTOR

Wunderman Thompson (VML)

At WT, I first led a team that delivered effective customer experience and engagement work for BT and EE Mobile. We successfully revolutionised the acquisition and retention programmes by implementing multi-channel, tailored contact- and targeting strategies, a test & learn strategy, creative- and content optimisations, bespoke landing experiences, and bespoke onboarding/early life journeys.  

 

I later on looked after the EY and International Olympic Committee accounts - a mix of web, content & user experience, brand & marcomms, social media, and digital- and commercial partnership strategy and campaigns.​

A fast-paced role that encompassed growth, strategic and commercial ownership of a mixed client portfolio. We delivered a mix of brand awareness, performance-led marketing and digital transformation initiatives across Web, Search, Content, and Social. 

 

As part of the leadership and business development team, I helped to develop and grow the agency core offering (off-the-shelf solutions) and capabilities, as well as running pitches and managing the onboarding process for new clients.
